She has wide experience as a consultant and researcher in design and implementation of public policies, especially in areas of decentralization, regional development and poverty reduction. She was academic at the Institute of Sociology of the Catholic University of Chile, in the Master in Business Administration and Public Policy at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Chile and Master of Public Policy at the School of Industrial Engineering at the University of Chile. She also has a connoted experience in policy and definition of the guiding principles of Public Policies in the trajectory of Chilean democratic transition.

Currently as a Permanent Representative of Chile to the OECD, she chaired the Annual Meeting of Ministers 2016, under the theme “Improving productivity for inclusive growth.”
