Jorge Friedman Rafael
Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Economics, Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
PhD in Economics by the University of California, Berkeley. Master in Economics ESCOLATINA, from the Universidad de Chile and a Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Chile. He is Dean, academic and researcher at the Faculty of Administration and Economics at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile. He was Latin American project coordinator LA-KLEMS productivity, a worldwide project led by Dale Jorgenson from the Department of Economics of the Harvard University. He is part of the project “Rethinking Graduate Management Education in Latin America,” directed by Srikant Datar, Harvard Business School. His areas of interest are: Economic Development, Economic Insecurity, Income Distribution and Econophysics.
