PhD in Educational Sciences, Masters in Organization and School Management, Bachelor of Philosophy and Educational Sciences in the specialty of Organization and Educational Technology and Teacher of Primary Education. Associate Professor in the area of Teaching and School Organization and currently Director of the Departament of Didàctica i Organització Educativa de la Universitat de Barcelona; specialized in organization and management of educational institutions. He has extensive national and international experience in initial and continuing training of teachers, managers, technicians and administrators of education as well as teaching and university management.

His lines of work and research are: participation in schools, the functioning of school councils, the information management in educational institutions, management of education in Latin America and Europe, innovation processes in schools, continuing education in Public Administration and International Cooperation for Development in Education in Latin America.
